Definitions
User – the end customer who has ordered or is using the service.
Provider – the operator of the webtero services is the company Šikmo s.r.o., Company ID: 09046577, see contact for further details.
Placing an order for our services as well as the use of the services themselves is governed by these rules
The user may use the server services in accordance with these rules
The user confirms that they have read these terms and confirms that they regard them as a proper contract by placing an order.
Setting up the services
The services are set up upon completion of the order and payment for the services, which you will be requested to make by a confirmation email after submitting your order for the services.
Payment of the order is made by bank transfer.
Once your payment has been received, the services are set up and an invoice is sent to you.
The user is always informed about the order processing status by email.
The provider reserves the right to
Immediately suspend websites that contain inappropriate content – e.g. warez, cracks, viruses.
Block server access to the IP address of a user who repeatedly breaches the server operating terms.
Immediately restrict or prohibit the service in the event of server overloading, or use of the service for a purpose other than that for which the service is intended.
Immediately suspend or block websites if viruses, trojan horses and the like are spread through them.
Terminate the operation of the service if the terms of cooperation are not observed.
Cancel an accepted order if it cannot be processed for technical reasons (e.g. registration of domains that do not meet the domain registration conditions).
Make its own backups of the user's data in the event of a server failure and its necessary recovery, in order to prevent data loss.
Inform the user about the provider's services at the email address provided.
Send information to the user by SMS (information about the order status, changes to service settings, etc.).
